The single-family housing market is at its highest point since 2004-05, finds the Albany Business Review.
More new single-family home building permits were issued in 2016 than in any year in the previous decade. 2016 was a great year for new homes, and we are thrilled to have been able to contribute to the housing comeback in Ballston Spa, Clifton Park, and surrounding areas. The Albany Business Review covered our development at Honey Hollow, saying:
Another company, Bordeau Builders Inc. in Ballston Spa, is busy building homes in places such as Honey Hollow Farm, a 33-lot subdivision off Route 146 in Clifton Park. Prices start at $349,999.
Three houses are occupied and deposits have been accepted on five others, said Jamie Mattison, business development officer at 518Realty.com, the exclusive broker for Bordeau Builders.
A model home currently being built will be featured in this year’s Capital Region Parade of Homes, a charity fund-raising event that spotlights 17 new homes.
We are honored to be a part of building in Clifton Park!
