What is the Parade of Homes?

The Parade of Homes is an event held every year by the Capital Region Builders and Remodelers’ Association to show off the best builders and homes in the Capital Region. In past years many different kinds of homes have been featured, from beautiful townhomes and cozy single-family homes, to luxury cutting-edge custom homes.

This year’s event features an exciting variety of homes located throughout the capital region. The Capital Region Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour offering an opportunity for established, prospective residents and visitors to see what is new and innovative in the home building industry.  Exhibitors will be located in the garages of the homes displaying the latest home products and related services.
